Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Umrah bookings arranged by Basma Umrah Travel & Tours, Lahore. Please read them before confirming a booking; if anything is unclear, ask us before paying an advance.
Quotations and prices
Prices shown on this website are indicative and are given per person on a sharing basis. Final pricing depends on the travel dates, airline fares, hotel availability and the number of travellers at the time of booking, and is confirmed in a written quotation before any payment is taken.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once the required documents have been received and the agreed advance payment has been made. Until then, flights, hotels and visa slots cannot be held.
Traveller documents and responsibility
Travellers are responsible for providing valid, accurate documents — a machine-readable passport with sufficient validity, CNIC or B-Form, photographs meeting specification, vaccination records and Mahram documentation where applicable. Delays or refusals caused by incorrect or late documents are outside our control.
Visa decisions
Umrah visas are issued by the Saudi authorities. We prepare and submit a complete application, but we cannot guarantee the issuance, timing or outcome of any visa decision.
Changes by airlines, hotels or authorities
Flight schedules, hotel allocations and Saudi entry requirements can change. Where a change occurs, we will inform you as soon as we know and arrange the closest available alternative. Any difference in cost charged by the supplier is passed on at cost.
Conduct during the journey
Travellers are expected to follow Saudi laws, hotel rules and group timings. We are not responsible for personal loss, injury or expense arising from actions taken against local regulations.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation of a confirmed booking is governed by our refund policy and by the terms of the airline, hotel and visa supplier concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
